About the trail
The roads of Davide Lajolo connect Vinchio with Asti’s rural and literary heritage: a 34 km ride combining villages, Barbera vineyards and Val Sarmassa.
What to look out for
The Vinchio è il Nido museum and the writer’s grave introduce the route. At Noche, Museo Contadino panels accompany the Bricchi del Barbera; Castelnuovo Calcea recalls Angelo Brofferio. Nizza holds the Collezione Lajolo, while Vaglio Serra introduces I Nidi. The final section enters Val Sarmassa and Bosco Incantato, with literary interpretation panels.
