Cabella Ligure ( Cabela in Piedmont and Liguria) is an Italian municipality of 452 inhabitants of the province Alessandria , located on the Ligurian Apennines, in Piemonte , at the confluence of the Liassa stream in Borbera in the upper Borbera valley. It is one of the three common Piedmontese (the others are Carrega Ligure and Fabbrica Curone ) to border with the Emilia-Romagna Region .
