"Red, at the seven wheels of six rays, silver, placed one, three two, one. The shield is surmounted by the special crown, of gold, formed by the browned circle, twinned, cordoned on the edges top by twelve golden balls, seven visible, supported by spikes, of the same. The shield is adorned by two branches of palm, green, decussed at the tip.[5][6]»
