About the trail
The Monferrato degli Infernot unfolds on a 48 km loop through vineyards and stone-built villages, with repeated climbs and descents from Vignale.
What to look out for
Olivola and Ottiglio precede Moleto and Valle dei Frati. Sala Monferrato introduces Treville, then Ozzano and the Regione Bocca ridge towards Cella Monte, home to Ecomuseo della Pietra da Cantoni. Rosignano and Valle Ghenza lead to Frassinello; Camagna precedes the return to Vignale. Infernot visits take place in the villages, subject to availability and opening arrangements.

Start and practical details
Start at piazza Mezzadra in Vignale Monferrato. Mountain bike or a bike suited to dirt and gravel; some connections are rough. Book private infernot visits and take care crossing SP50.
