About the trail

Le Strade dei Minatori tells the story of the cement landscape over 44 km from Casale: kilns, former infrastructure and villages shaped by mining.

What to look out for

La Furnasetta introduces Bosco della Pastrona and Sentiero del Trenino dei Minatori. Coniolo offers a museum and viewpoint, while the passage towards its former settlement encounters cableway remains. Vialarda, Rolasco with Sacrario dei Minatori, and Ozzano add shafts, factories and memories of labour. The return crosses Parco Eternot and passes the Paraboloide.
