Mongiardino Ligure ( Mongiardin in Piedmont and Liguria ) is an Italian municipality scattered of 141 inhabitants of the province Alessandria , in Piemonte , located in the upper Val Sisola , tributary of the Borbera valley. The townhouse is in the hamlet of Lago Patrono. It is the only municipality of the Borbera valley under the archdiocese of Genoa, excluding the hamlet of Casalbusone under the diocese of Tortona .
