In the center of the village stands the donation of Carbonara Scrivia, the only rest of a castle that should date back to the fourteenth century or early years of the fifteenth century, owned by Guidobono Cavalchini who kept it until the eighties of the twentieth century, and then give it to the municipality of Carbonara Scrivia. The fortress, like the castle of which today remains no trace, was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt; in 1828 a strong earthquake ruined the fortress and a few years later the last definitive collapse of the roof damaged considerably the construction of which remains the external structure[6].
Also worth mentioning is the parish church of San Martino Vescovo, built in 1780.
