About the trail
The cultivated fields give their name to a loop that connects Camino with Fabiano and Rocchetta di Pontestura. The castle, the farmhouses and an old chimney emerge among vineyards, clearings and valley bottoms, offering different references along the tour of the surrounding hills.
What to look out for
From the public weigh square you pass through the fields of Cascina Scarampi and reach Luparia. The route then climbs under the walls of Castello di Camino, before descending towards the countryside. Further on, the chimney of the old furnace leads into the woods. Between cultivated fields and ridges you cross Fabiano, then descend and climb back up to Rocchetta di Pontestura. The second part returns to the valley floor, passes near mulino Biglia and resumes altitude towards Cornale, a panoramic village that precedes the return to Camino.

Start and practical details
Start and finish are in the public weighing square of Camino. The distance is 10.49 kilometers, for approximately three hours. Asphalt and country roads alternate, but various sections have poor signage. At the mulino Biglia the passage follows the edge of a field: with developed crops the asphalt alternative is indicated.
