About the trail
From Castelnuovo Don Bosco, the Terre dei Santi combines Salesian history and rural scenery, offering two variants between ridges, woodland and hamlets.
What to look out for
The historic centre leads to via Antica di Albugnano and San Pietro in Zucca. The longer variant descends to the Nissone, climbs to Pino d’Asti and crosses the Muscandia area. Mondonio brings San Sebastiano and the house where Domenico Savio died. Both variants meet near Ranello before following the ridges back towards Castelnuovo.

Start and practical details
Start at Cantina Terre dei Santi. Choose the short or long variant before departure; both combine asphalt, gravel and earth. The final section includes busy provincial roads.
