About the trail
At Coazzolo, a colorful chapel and a vineyard transformed by large pencils are joined by a short climb. It is an essential walk, focused on the dialogue between contemporary art and the Moscato landscape, with views open right from the starting point.
What to look out for
The seventeenth-century chapel of Beata Vergine del Carmine bears the chromatic intervention of David Tremlett. The space next to the building has benches overlooking the hills. After a short asphalt stretch, a grassy track climbs between the rows towards Vigna dei Pastelli. Here the supports at the beginning of the rows take the form of giant, colored pencils. The hill offers another observation point over the vineyards, before returning to the chapel along the same road.

Start and practical details
We start from the small car park at Cappella di Tremlett, about 1.8 kilometers from the center of Coazzolo. The one-way journey measures 500 metres, about fifteen minutes, with 60 meters of climbing. The surface goes from asphalt to grass and the stretch between the rows is not suitable for strollers.
