Berzano di Tortona (Bërsòu in the dialect of the city) is an Italian municipality of 163 inhabitants[2] from the province of Alessandria in the Piemonte, located on the watershed between the valley of the Grue torrent and that of the Curone.

Territory of the municipality of Tortona, followed its fate until 1818, when it became a municipality. From 1928 to 1947 it was part of the municipality of Volpedo.

The coat of arms was granted by decree of the President of the Republic of 26 June 2006.[5]
