Gastronomy

Mombaruzzo is famous for its bitters, in which, besides the usual ingredients - sweet and bitter almonds, egg white and sugar - are added Armelline, that is, the seeds contained in the apricot kernel, which give the amaretti biscuits a hint of bitterness that mixes with the usual sweet one.
Mombaruzzo is also known for its wine production: the village's social cellar, which has been called since 2008 "Three Centuries s.c.a" following the merger with the social cellar of Ricaldone, whose wines are exported all over the world.
The Social Winery Mombaruzzo original, before the merger, was founded in 1887 and historically represented the very first wine association reality born in Piemonte.[10]
